Responsibilities:
Sales Development & Execution

Identify and engage potential customers across different industries and EPCs

Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure.

Understand customer needs and position the electrolyser solutions of Hyetron Energy effectively.
Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Conduct product presentations, site visits, and follow-ups to ensure customer engagement and satisfaction.

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and solutions aligned with their sustainability goals.
Market Awareness & Reporting

Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and policy developments in the green hydrogen space.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions

Provide regular updates and insights to the leadership team to support strategic decisions.
Collaboration & Learning

Work closely with technical and product teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and solution delivery.

Continuously learn about AEM technology, hydrogen markets, and emerging customer use cases.
Required Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. An MBA in sales and marketing will be an added advantage

1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in power or renewable energy sectors.

Experience or interest in hydrogen, fuel cells, or clean energy is an added advantage.

Exposure to technical or consultative selling is a plus, but not mandatory.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Excellent sales acumen and the ability to build rapport quickly.
